About me

I'm Rani, better known as Amyntha Eszti (or Amy) online.I'm a 23 y/o artist who just finished Concept Art College and has been drawing for quite a few years before that.I have a chronic illness called CRPS that causes me pain 24/7, this comes back as a subject in some of my artworks.
Aside from art I also studied Animal Care & specialise in Animal Training with Force Free Positive Reinforcement. I own a couple of horses, a dog and a cat.

Commission Information

Here you'll find the different types of commissions I offer.Each have their own prices listed.

Sketch Commissions

Sketch commissions are cleaned up sketches. They can be very detailed but will have guidelines still on them. They are the step before lineart in the process.Reference of character is mandatory.
If there are detailed props/environments/characters the price might be increased (contact me for information).
The prices are base prices.
Extra characters, add 50% of base price.

Lineart Commissions

Lineart commissions are fully lined pieces. Quite a lot of detail can be added, but there will be no colours nor shades.Reference of character or environment is mandatory.
If there are detailed props/environments/characters the price might be increased (contact me for information).

Flat Colour Commissions

Flat colour commissions are lineart commissions with colours added.Reference of character or environment is mandatory.
If there are detailed props/environments/characters the price might be increased (contact me for information).

Illustration Commissions

Illustration commissions are fully painted or shaded commissions.They can be either environments, characters or a character in an environment.You can choose between purely painted or with lineart.Reference of character and environment is mandatory.

Character/Creature Design Commissions

Creature design is a very specific type of commission.
This commission is one where I work together with you to create an original creature/character for you. This can be an oc within an already existing world. Or can be something completely new.I will be creating thumbnails/sketches based on the information you provide. This stage will have a lot of back and forth communication. There is a limit to the amount of sketches and adjustments however. In this price there are up to about 20 included. For more there will be an additional price.
Once we decided on the design we'll do colour iterations. Which are a group of colour options that could work based on which colours you give me. Up to 10 are included in the price.
And finally I'll shade the final decided version.The designed character is yours. However if it's going to be used commercially there will be a fee added to the price.

Terms of Service

General terms
Prices are subject to change based on multiple factors.I have the right to reject commission orders. This can be for any reason.Payment
Accepted currency is € (Euro). It can be paid through PayPal.Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.Payment is due after I agreed to your commission and requested you to send me the payment.
Do not send me payment before this.Process and Delivery
The time it takes to finish a commission varies from 1 week to around 2 months. Depending on factors such as health, complexity of the work, other work, and college.Once the artwork is finished you will receive a full-resolution image. There will be no physical product of this artwork, it will not be printed.Revisions
You get 2 rounds of revisions included in the price. The changes will be made in the sketching phase. After you approved of the sketch no major changes can be requested anymore. You can still request a color change.A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing, unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.If you wish for a change in the drawing you previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of charge depends on the change and how much of the artwork had been completed and will have to be remade.Copyright and usage
I, the artist:
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless the costumer breaks any of the terms.I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.The customer/commissioner:You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.You may not make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.). Unless we sign a contract and an extra fee (artwork price doubled) is paid.You may not alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.You may be allowed to sell the artwork if it's part of an adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).You may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
Unless a contract with me is signed and an extra fee is paid (artwork price x2)You are not allowed to reproduce and/or otherwise use the artwork in any manner for purposes of training Artificial Intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works. Nor shall you sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the artwork in any manner for purposes of training AI technologies to generate work.The following is considered copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted arwork commercially - this means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms. Unless a contract has been signed and the price for this was paid.Claiming the artwork as your own.Altering the artwork without my consentThe commercial rights to the image may be purchased. (base price of the artwork x2)Cancellation and refund policy
The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all the beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece. And I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you, Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
